We offer a wide range of housing choices across to support people who are homeless or suffering from the effects of physical and mental abuse as well as domestic violence. We make applying for a home easy and straightforward. We can offer speedy decisions on your housing application as well.

 

When we receive your enquiry we will assess your application form and decide whether our housing and services could fit your needs.  If we think it could and we have a property available, then we will invite you for an appointment to discuss your application, which will be held face to face, over the phone or via a video call.

 

You will be asked a number of questions to check that the accommodation and support is suitable for you and you will have an opportunity to ask us questions too at the same time.

 

We may ask if it’s ok to speak to the landlord where you live now. You can bring someone with you, maybe someone from where you are staying now if you are currently in alternative accommodation.

 

Our aim is to help you in the best way possible to suit your individual needs.

We also help you to learn the key skills needed to live independently and play an active role in your local community.
